Dear New Potential Member,

I had heard about Barter Clubs for many years and finally decided to join a few months ago. I was not quite sure what it was all about, except that my friend who had been a  member told me that he just renovated his entire apartment on Barter, including  kitchen  cabinets,  granite  counter tops,  wood  floors, a  painter, an  electrician, etc. Then I met someone who just had an entire party including the hall rental, food, entertainment, the  florist and the photography.

They explained to me that you sell your products or services and instead of getting paid in cash, you are paid in barter dollars that are saved in your Barter Account. Then you can spend your earned barter dollars to purchase anything from other  members that you would normally pay cash for. Both of these people were members of Tradefirst.com. I checked out the company and Tradefirst.com was an extremely reputable company.

I was very skeptical in the beginning because it sounded great, but I really did not totally understand the bartering concept. I met with Jed Darnieder from Tradefirst.com and he fully explained the concept. He was a great salesperson. Very informative and not pushy at all.

All the Members that we have sold oil paintings to, have been extremely nice and have all been very pleased with our products. All the business that we did so far was from customers that we would not have had if we were not on Trade. It has increased our Sales and now we are able to purchase many great products and services without outlaying cash.

Our landscaping, electrical work, vitamins, gifts, catering, etc. are just of the few products and services we have purchased with our Barter Dollars. The only thing I can say is that I am sorry that I did not join 10 years ago.

If you are a local company and you are thinking of joining, we would all welcome you because we'd like you as a customer, and we are always looking for new companies to buy from.

Regards,

Stacy Harris
